For more than 70 years, the Burnaby Winter Club has been developing athletes, building character, and creating lifelong connections through hockey. Today, BWC is home to hundreds of athletes, families, coaches, and visitors who come through our doors each week to participate in Minor Hockey, our Academy program, tournaments, camps, and special events.

Available Sponsorship Opportunities

SCOREBOARD DIGITAL ADVERTISING ($2,000)

Put your business front and centre with digital advertising on BWC’s new LED scoreboard screens. Digital ads provide high-visibility exposure to BWC members, players, families, and the thousands of visitors who come through the Club throughout the year for Minor Hockey, Academy programs, practices, tournaments, and camps.

RINK BOARDS ($2,500/YEAR)

Rink board advertising is visible 24/7 all year round, capturing audiences during the hockey season, spring, and summer. Pricing: 6’ board: $2,000, 8’ board: $2,500/year.

WALL BANNERS ($5,000/YEAR)

Promote your business with a high-visibility wall banner in the main BWC building, with exposure from the viewing areas of both the Activity Rink and Training Rink. These prominent placements provide year-round visibility to players, families, members, and visitors attending practices, games, tournaments, camps, and other Club activities.

ON-ICE LOGO ($4,500/YEAR)

Two on-ice spaces are available to sponsors on our NHL rink. Logos are visible to all visitors and demonstrates a strong partnership with BWC. Logos can be up to 10’x10’ in size.

ZAMBONI WRAP ($7,500/YEAR)

$7,500 PER YEAR

  • Price is for one Zamboni
  • Zamboni ads are visible to all visitors during ice cleans and demonstrate a strong partnership with BWC
  • We have two Zambonis, and they move between all 3 rinks.
JERSEY PATCH FOR ALL BWC ACADEMY TEAMS

$25,000 BWC ACADAMY SPONSORSHIP

Prominent brand visibility across all BWC Academy teams throughout the season.

  • Company logo patch can be added to the shoulder of the jersey or on the back of the jersey below the player number.
  • Sponsor logo on main page of website for the year
  • Social Media recognition

TRAINING RINK - NAMING RIGHTS

$35,000 SPONSORSHIP (1st YEAR)

  • 23/24 NHL rink board
  • Company Sign centred in the rink to visually showcase the name of the rink
  • Company logo throughout facility
  • New rink name used in all scheduling software and by associations
  • Sponsor logo on main page of website for the year
  • Social Media recognition
  • Tournament Sponsor opportunity
  • Promotion and recognition in club newsletters to membership

The sponsor must agree to a 3-year contract for the naming rights to the Activity Rink.  The additional 2 years will be $25,000 annually.  Making the final 3-year contract $85,000.

ACTIVITY RINK - NAMING RIGHTS

$35,000 SPONSORSHIP (1st YEAR)

  • 23/24 NHL rink board
  • Company Sign centred in the arena to visually showcase your business
  • Company logo throughout facility
  • New rink name used in all scheduling software and by associations
  • Sponsor logo on main page of website
  • Social Media recognition
  • Tournament Sponsor opportunity

The sponsor must agree to a 3-year contract for the naming rights to the Activity Rink. The additional 2 years will be $25,000 annually. Making the final 3-year contract $85,000.

NHL RINK - NAMING RIGHTS

$75,000 SPONSORSHIP (1st YEAR)

  • Company Signage inside lobby of NHL Rink
  • Company Sign centred in the rink to visually showcase your business
  • New rink name used in all scheduling software and by associations
  • Company logo throughout facility
  • Sponsor logo on main page of website
  • Social Media recognition
  • Tournament Sponsor opportunity
  • Promotion and recognition in club newsletters to membership

The sponsor must agree to a 3-year contract for the naming rights to the NHL Rink. The additional 2 years will be $60,000 annually. Making the final 3-year contract $195,000.
