Host Families

We rely on dedicated host families to provide a safe, clean, and supportive home for our billeted players. As a host, you’ll play a key role as a mentor and friend, offering a secure environment where players feel welcomed as part of the family. Hosts are asked to provide a private bedroom and ensure the player feels at home. Monthly check-ins with a team coordinator will help ensure that the experience is positive for everyone involved.

Billeted Student-Athletes

Billeted players are expected to uphold certain responsibilities. While staying in a host’s home, players should always be polite, courteous, and respectful. Follow house rules, assist with household tasks, and keep your host family informed of your plans and whereabouts. Players should reach out to coaches or parents if they have any questions or concerns. Curfews will be established, and players may only attend events and functions permitted by the host family and academy.
