The Burnaby Winter Club 4-on-4 Adult League is back — and Wednesday nights just got a whole lot better. Whether you’re a long-time player or just getting back on the ice for fun, this league is designed for everyone who loves the game.

The BWC 4-on-4 Adult League is all about keeping the game fun and competitive without the pressure. With smaller teams, players get more puck touches, more skating, and more chances to stay involved in the play. Games are friendly yet fast-paced, offering a great mid-week workout and a chance to reconnect with the BWC community. Teams are balanced to keep games fair, the atmosphere is relaxed and recreational, and participants receive regular updates and game-night information throughout the season.

Games run every Wednesday at 9:00 pm all season long, starting the Wednesday after Thanksgiving. It’s the perfect way to stay active, connect with friends, and enjoy the game in a fun, low-pressure environment.
