Burnaby Winter Club Members are invited to join us on September 10 as we officially open our newly renovated NHL Rink and celebrate the completion of one of the most significant facility projects in the Club’s history.

Originally built in 1994, the NHL Rink has undergone its most ambitious and extensive renovation to date. The project addressed important infrastructure and equipment that had reached the end of its service life while introducing a wide range of improvements designed to enhance the experience for BWC athletes, families and Members for years to come.

With the final touches now underway, we’re looking forward to welcoming the BWC community back into the rink and marking this important milestone together.

We’ll take a break from tryouts beginning at 5:00 PM for a special Grand Opening celebration featuring:

• A ribbon-cutting ceremony
• Community skate
• Food and refreshments provided by That Diner
• An opportunity to explore the renovated facility and celebrate with fellow Members

The NHL Rink has been at the heart of Burnaby Winter Club for more than three decades, hosting countless practices, games and memorable moments. Its renovation represents a major investment in the future of the Club and ensures the facility is ready for the next generation of BWC players and families.
